Found Eleo after using a CRM that went out of business for managing our fraternities alumni database. We needed the ability to customize fields and reporting. An added bonus for us was the ability to set up campaigns and track contributions. We have been able to add a number of additional pieces of information for our alumni. The application is all online and has a modern interface. We have no issues with functions that don't work or service interruptions. Pricing was simple and affordable and does not require additional monthly fees for additional users. The Eleo team has been great to work with! Onboarding was fast and they were very helpful with both email and live support when needed.
