Thank you for your review, Carthage. It is great to hear your onboarding process onto Eleo went smoothly! That's important to us so nonprofits, like yours, can focus more on the things that matter, not their software.

Really easy to use, and support team responds (enthusiastically, I'll add) within a day answering any question I may have. So so so much better and accessible than other donor management software I've encountered.

We recently converted out database to ELEO and I just love how easy it is and how HELPFUL and COURTEOUS and KNOWLEDGEABLE and PATIENT the customer service reps are. No matter who answers the phone they can all help quickly and effiently.

Cindy was thoughtful, and really knew her stuff! I liked that she has a nonprofit background as she knew exactly what I needed as an E.D. I am very impressed with the demo and I would say Cindy played a big part in us wanting to move forward with Eleo!
