Very nice material how do I care for it when it's has a stain. Or when liquid go on it. Pretty much I have too be careful where you put it. But I still love it.

They replied right away and with prompt action. I did not expect the damage control that was taken. Customer service is excellent. I also appreciate the updates that I got from them. It didnt take that long and I just received the replacement bag yesterday. Thank you so much. Love the bag!
