I would say generally you will like what you purchase. It was exactly 21 days from ordering to being delivered. I purchased the black and gold quilted Chanel bags. A friend of mine has the exact same bag but genuine,so I was able to compare. The bag is lighter than the real Chanel does not have a leather smell, and the real Chanel chains are much more elegant but close if I was being extremely picky and scrutinizing. I did not buy this because of the name but because of the look and in general was happy with the purchase. Tracking is not great but you can email the company and they will let you know where your items are.

Hello Ms. Tammy, thank you so much for your detailed review, it truly helps us improve. We will take note of your feedback regarding delivery time, the chain, and the material of the bag, so we can bring an even more 'auth' shopping experience. In addition, providing tracking information will definitely be handled more carefully and proactively for our customers. We hope that on your next visit, you’ll be even more satisfied with your purchase at Elegous. Once again, thank you very much

Found Elegous on either Facebook or Instagram can't remember which, but I’m so glad I did! I was unsure whether it was a trustworthy site, but after reading many positive reviews I decided to make a purchase for a LV bag. From the start, the customer service was excellent! After completing my order, I received many emails updating me on order and delivery, so I never felt concerned about my purchase. At some point there was a delivery issue I guess however they kept me informed on all updates so it made me feel a lot better about receiving my package. I just received my bag yesterday and it is gorgeous! VERY high quality, soft and and came with dust bag I am so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!!

I initially came across a recommendation for the company on a Reddit post. I’ve purchased other luxury replica purses from other sites and have several authentic bags, mostly LV’s. Although the first bag I ordered from Elegous arrived and was much larger in dimensions than what was listed in the posting, I sent photos showing the discrepancy in size and the customer service was excellent. I ordered a second bag of a different brand than I typically carry (Loewe) and it arrived yesterday exactly as described and of high quality. I can’t speak to the comparison as a 1:1 replica since I don’t own an authentic Loewe purse but it suits my needs well do got that, I can recommend the company and will likely use them again with future bag purchases.
