Bought necklace from them and it is beautiful! They kept me updated on what and how it’s being produced in email. How their team is literally taking care of the pictures and quality of my order! I have never had such outstanding service from any other company! I highly recommend them! It sure is “ELEGANT”!

Communication and My Mom Cried
Communication re: the status of my order was stellar! My mom absolutely loved the necklace I got her with a photo of her mom and dad when they were young. They have both passed away, and my mom started crying when she saw the photo inside. Tears of happiness and feeling nostalgic all wrapped into one!

I am truly upset with this company
I am truly upset with this company , I got a bracelet for my son in law of his brother with Mike Tyson. He lost his brother may 7th motorcycle accident, and thought this would be nice for him . You can't see nothing .. there's no return . They say they have a warrenty , do you think they would offer to do another picture of his brother alone this time And a brighter picture? . I want to cry right now ...

Beautiful picture necklace
I ordered the eternity's blossom necklace for my 18-year-old daughter as part of her graduation present. It has a picture of her and her two best friends. The necklace itself is beautiful and she was so surprised by the image inside. She absolutely loves it! I was also very impressed by the customer service of Elegant Eternity. This is a great company and kept me posted at each step along the way in the creation process. They truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. I will be ordering from this company again.
