I bought the bracelets for granddaughters. They are a lot more substantial than another brand I purchased, which I was not able to return and have a sturdier bracelet attached. love these.

Very disappointed with end product. I truly cannot see my deceased husband’s picture and was hoping to give this as a gift to my daughter. Was in communication (via email only) with company. They all but told me to stand on my head with a flashlight facing tiny hole. This is a startup company. They started on Etsy. As a startup they need to be more empathetic with customers. No refund allowed. So I have a junk necklace with a tiny “stone” - that’s it. No photo visible to 20/20 vision customer.

I bought this as a birthday present for my father in law who just lost his dad. This was the perfect most sentimental gift you could give someone!
