I want to start by saying 5 stars really isn’t enough to give them. This company has GREAT customer service and I feel like that’s hard to come across nowadays. I bought a bracelet for my mother’s birthday and she loved it. I definitely will be ordering again. If your second guessing about ordering from them please don’t you won’t regret it.

From beginning to end, I rate 5 stars. The communication was great the whole time, each step. And when I received it, the bracelet with two memories, is perfect. My sister and I are giving it to our mom for mother's day, and I can't wait. The pictures of my sister and I with our hubby's are so precious in front of a light, glowing on the wall. It really does emirate well. It's gorgeous and exactly what they say. Thank you so much for helping us girls give our mother the best gift.

Stay away from Elegant Eternity. There are competitors worth trying. You can even find similar products on Amazon, sometimes cheaper. It's worth trying because Elegant Eternity is not a company that takes any responsibility, nor does it provide adequate customer service. Shipping their products is not something they are proficient at and they take no accountability if your product is lost or delayed. They promise a certain delivery timeframe and then absolve themselves of any responsibility if it isn't met, not caring if a customer's Christmas presents for instance is delayed. They use the postal service, which is probably cheaper than couriers that have a better tracking system and track record of better delivery. When reaching out to inquire, a delayed response just states that the product is on its way and will be delivered -- days after the expected date, and, frankly useless at this point. No effort to make it right or take accountability. They just don't care. Tell your friends. heck, tell your enemies even, stay away from this company.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. At Elegant Eternity™, we strive to provide clear and accurate information about our delivery processes. It's important to note that our estimated delivery dates are just that – estimates. We highlight this in all our communications that are sent out with all order update emails as well as displaying it on our website. I have also addressed your other callouts below. Delivery - While we do not handle the deliveries ourselves, we rely on the postal service, which can sometimes experience delays beyond our control. We understand this can be frustrating, especially during busy times like the holiday season. If packages are lost in transit then we 100% WILL create a new order and reship it out at no cost to the customer so I’m not really sure what you’re referring to on that. Post Office Shipping - You are correct, for our packages, the post office is most definitely the better choice for us as we ship thousands of very small packages a day and too be honest, they have a MUCH better track record than FedEx did when we were using them. For orders over $80 we have implemented a signature confirmation on the shipping label as it is cost effect to do so. In order to maintain a competitive price AND still cover the shipping on our products it is the only choice at this time. That said, customers can choose to pay for a faster shipping method should they choose to. Amazon knockoffs - Your are 100% correct, you can find knockoff versions of our pieces on Amazon for a much cheaper price, you can also find them all over the internet. What you are going to find with those is within a week or so, the item is going to break, the photo is going to have scratches all over it, the stone is going to fall out and you are going to be out the money you spent. While that may be fine for certain people, we actually take pride in the pieces we make as we know that they are the majority of the time a memorial gift. We also have a lifetime warranty on all of our products, we are able to do this because we have the means to fix our jewelry should something arise. We also have a staffed image review team that takes time to review every customers photo submitted, use tools to restore the photo to a higher quality should that be needed and adjust cropping to ensure the photo is perfect for creating. They are not cheap pieces from the Chinese suppliers that you find everywhere else online. So yes, while there are definitely cheaper alternatives you will be getting a significantly lesser quality item without any warranty, without any checks on the photos being used & pretty much no QA all the way around. Customer Service - We have what all of our customers consider the best customer service out there. Replies take no longer than 24 hours and we do our best to ensure that each customer’s issues are heard. I checked your support tickets and see that we did in fact reply to your responses so if you did not receive them I sincerely apologize and would suggest maybe checking your spam box as certain email accounts flag emails as spam when they shouldn’t. All of this said, just like with our positive reviews, negative reviews help our team as well. It lets us know areas we can improve on and address with our internal team should real problems be happening with our business; so we really do appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Hi Bonnie, I checked your order, you placed your order on 12/16/23. We were extremely clear on our website that orders placed after the 15th would NOT arrive by Christmas. That said, even though we were backed up, your order was shown as delivered by the post office on 12/28/23 and the estimated delivery window our website showed you the day the order was placed was between 12/27/23 to 01/02/24 so the delivery date we provided prior to you checking out was met.
