ElectronicsforceReviews of electronicsforce.com

Had placed a few orders with them for a flip phone, it came all in an excellent condition even when it is refurbished as they advertised it to be. Would definitely be buying more from them for sure. Shipping and service is great 👍

Retail done right! I have had some experience with them years ago but now I have decided that its time to move on from my old phone and get a new one. I noticed they are selling the all new pixel 7 pro at such a great price. I contacted them to confirm the condition and see if such a device would meet my personal needs. The representative jack was very kind and honest with me and i am happy that we shared a conversation together. All and all I made my order through their site and waited just a few short days for the package to be delivered to my door. I have gotten the phone all new in its box and in rocking it so much I have decided to make this review on it. Thank you so much electronicsforce!!!

I can understand these harsh reviews about them. They are equivalent to the negative reviews you have on Amazon products, which sadly people are either dumb or they don't understand what they are buying. Sadly we have people like them but luckily we have people like the customer service rep that I spoke with which he was cool! Easy to deal with and very kind, answered all my questions and placed an order on the website right away. Products they sell are at a relatively great deal, with shipping is what I expect as well as the product advertisement. Honestly I'm going to be a future customer of theirs.

Excellent customer service and excellent pricing. Phone cost half of what it would cost from my carrier, and it was new and in working order. I just needed to transfer my SIM card and info from the old phone. I had some questions, and ElectronicsForce answered WITH NO MENUS OR BOTS--just a human who actually knew the answers to my questions. Fantastic shopping experience.

The gentlemen working there solved my problem quickly and without headache from the phone that i recently got from them. An issue which customer service in other service provider stores could not figure out. Saved me so much time and stress . Highly competent and friendly. Know where I will go with any future purchases. 👍

Where do I begin? I have been buying from electronicsforce.com for over 5 years now and never had a single issue! Every time I call to ask questions about a specific phone they always have the out most delighted customer service. When placing the order for me at this point it's quick because I have an account with them, and their shipping times are up to par with their terms. I have been purchasing not only cellphones from them but also mobile hotspots, and I am so happy to say that they do recieve my seal of approval!

Got a locked phone, they helped me get it unlocked. Really appreciate.

i needed to buy a smartphone because mine got stolen and the service provider store was so completely unhelpful (almost rude). i went to cell2get's website and Adam was extremely helpful and patient, helped me figure it out, and how I should get my phone as soon as possible. He didn't rush me and wasn't condescending or robotic. i consistently leave phone stores exhausted, distraught and crying, but i had a great experience at this one retailer and will definitely return for any phone assistance i need. Thank you!
