Thank you for a quality phone at a good price

Electronicsforce has been a stellar source for cellphones for many many years now. I don't know why I've waiting this many years to provide them with a review after my recent purchase. I have placed a order for a MOTO edge 30 neo from them and paid extra 19$ for 3 business days shipping. The phone arrived a day earlier and it came in the box as expected. Every time I placed my order the communication with them has been spot on and now it's even better, you can definitely tell they have improved over the years.

Product arrived much faster than expected in the mail, in excellent condition. Customer service is excellent - prompt and professional. I had a question about a product - it was immediately explained to me by the customer service team.

Ordered LG g8x thinq unlocked but they sent me the wrong phone. Went online went through the return process was supposed to get a email within 24 hours with the instructions. Someone responded quickly emailed me shipping labels and I was able to ship it out the next day. After a long mailing process it finally reached this destination and the return was immediate. Excellent customer service and I love it when real people can call you and you can have a conversation with a real person about your issues and you're able to get it resolved. I'm all for AI but there's nothing like a human being that can truly understand the depths of what you're going through.

Phone arrived earlier than expected and was great, only problem phone was not unlocked. Called shop and they had timely response, offered options. Returned it..... will update when the replacement returns back

I have ordered phones from Electronicsforce before and had a good experience. This time required a return and replacment due to IEMI issues, but the crew sorted it out for me and facilitated a quick turnaround on the replacement phone.
