If I could give them zero stars
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a phone in January, and they messed up this simple order. They sent the wrong model, which was a huge inconvenience. I had to waste my time shipping it back at my own expense. They claim they reimburse you, but it's just a lie.
They initially charged me $50 for express delivery but sent the correct phone via regular mai. When I tried to call them out on it, the so-called customer service rep got defensive and hung up on me. I called back, hoping to speak to a professional, but the so-called grown-up who hung up on me put me on hold instead. The lack of respect and professionalism is staggering. They don't care about their customers or provide decent service. Avoid ElectronicsForce at all costs.

Purchased a mobile hotspot on 10/14/24…
Purchased a mobile hotspot on 10/14/24 for $99.99, but found out it wasn't compatible with my carrier. Requested a return with ElectronicsForce. I had to pay the shipping to return the product, and they refunded me a little more than 50% of the purchase price. What a ripoff!!! I will never do business with this company again. Stick to Amazon!

Order Cancelled without Notice
I ordered a phone from them and my credit card was charged. I thought everything was going fine when I got a notification that the phone was being shipped the next day. However, when I checked the tracking information, the order had been cancelled with no notification or explanation. The only good thing is that they refunded my credit card right away.

Misleading Item Description/Damaged Product
The phone I ordered was used, was not unlocked and had a crack in the bottom corner of the screen. Nowhere in the item description did it state that it was used or damaged and it was labled AT&T/Unlocked. I suspected it might be used due to the price but they should state as much in the product description as well as the condition and certainly shouldn't claim an unlocked product that is not. It arrived late and the tracking info was never updated from the point when the label was originated so I had no idea where it was the entire time. Now if I want to return it I would have to pay for shipping and a 15% "restocking" fee and to use it I will have to pay for an unlock code. I will not be using this site again. Dishonest business practices!

The phone I received was defective
The phone I received was defective, and when I called customer service the man was rude and told me to try fixing it at a local shop. When I asked if there's anything he can help me with, he just hung up!

Good retailer so long as the phone they sell you is not defective.cell phone from…
I purchased a cell phone from ElectronicsForce.com a few years ago and had a great experience but my most recent phone I purchased turned out to be defective and ElectronicsForce.com has not backed their product by either repairing the phone, replacing or refunding the purchase price. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 9+ 128k phone on 2/17/2022. It was delivered on 3/15/22. I first notified electronicsforice.com of the problems with the phone on 3/23/22. The S-pen was not recognized as connecting, and callers experience a disruptive echo when I speak with them. After many discussions with electronicsforce.com, I was told electronicsforce.com would not send me a new phone or refund my money. ElectronicsForce.com sells older model phones that are both new and refurbished, and my phone was sold to me as new, but the phone’s warranty had expired on 6/28/21. While the phone was new, it was pre-activated on 6/28/20, and therefore, Samsung’s one-year warranty had expired. This process of electronicsforce.com tyring to figure out what to do took months. My only option is for Electronicsforce.com to repair it. I filled out a repair ticket and sent the phone to the electronics force to be repaired on 6/6/22. I was told it was sent to Samsung for repair. I received the phone back on 9/3/22, and it is still broken. In fact, the S-pen was missing from the returned phone and the replacement Samsung-manufactured S-pen that I purchased does not stay in the phone. I have called the customer service line numerous times this month, and my calls roll over to their messaging service. I sense they have caller id and are hoping I stop calling. I sent an email last week and was told someone would call me this Monday, and no one called. I sent another email to them today, and there has been no response.
