ElectronicsforceReviews of electronicsforce.com

Great site with lots of choices. I had no problem finding just what I wanted. Checkout was seamless and was very fast. I recommend this site to anyone looking for a great deal on cell phones great price and great product! shipping took only two days for basic UPS and customer support was also very helpful and responded very quickly. i would definitely recommend electronicsforce.com and i will also shop here again. great store!

Online support works well. timely response, quickly problem-solving and excellent goods. i like its excellent customer service. especially if i can't find want i want directly on the site, the customer service representative would try to help me find it resorting to their supply chains. and the items i ordered arrived on time and was good in condition.

I purchased a Samsung galaxy Beam 2. This was the lowest price for this phone (less than half what the nearest competitor was asking with shipping). I received shipment quickly with free shipping! When I ask electronicsforce about additional earpieces for better fitment, they immediately responded and shipped them to me. I will purchase again from them and recommend them to all of my connected friends.

I originally purchased LG G2 from electronicsforce The phone had a defect where it kept freezing while navigating the menu. It seems that G2 has lot of freezing issues generally so I don't blame electronicsforce for this particular issue. I wanted to return the phone since it was unusable with freezing problems and I didn't want to take a chance at getting another G2. electronicsforce allowed me to exchange it for a different model that I wanted instead. (LG G3). I have to say the return process was relatively painless. Kerry responded to my emails quickly. The new phone was shipped promptly on the same day [verified through UPS tracking] when they received the returned phone. I am very satisfied with the new phone and service I received from electronics My wife is also looking to upgrade her phone and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another phone from them again.

Let me preface by saying that I'm not used to new technology and don't care very much about what the latest technology is. To keep up with my family I wanted a phone that would suit my general purpose, but not be too complicated to use. I did a little searching online for a cheap phone (less than $200) and finally came to the electronicsforce. I found a phone that suited by needs and promptly ordered it. I had a question about the accessories that it came with and called up the customer service department to ask them about it. They were very helpful and very understanding to my needs. I want to thank electronicsforce for their help and would certainly recommend them.

Merchandise was received promptly and was exactly what I wanted. Also the price was the lowest of any other merchant my suggustions is Would like to see a summary of my order (item, number of items ordered, price, shipping, etc.) along with the Order Confirmation.

here are a lot of review on this website citing poor examples of customer service, but I strangely had an ok time. Sure, I was kept on hold for some time but eventually I connected to a representative who told me how to handle my purchase . Everything went smoothly after that. Electronicsforce has been the center of much disagreement lately, there are a number of nasty reviews on websites saying how poorly the company performs. While I'm sure some of these claims are real, I can't say mine falls in line with what people experienced. I ordered an unlock phone on Tuesday and received it on Friday. I can't believe how quickly it came! Never had any problems with this company, they are good in my books. I got a nokia Lumia 930 from the website after looking at a bunch of people's websites. Electronicsforce had the best deal fo them all and I didn't hesitate for a second to purchase one. I am very glad I did because it works very well with my email. Good store.

This is my first experience on this site and it was great. The only thing was I was confuse if I was going to get the free same day promotion as mentioned on the site. at close out the site indicated that the product would be shipped 1-2 business days It was not a smooth transaction at first but the sales representative helped me solve the problem. So I guess, they are fine. The price is reasonable and the service is great
