Great website if youre looking for a new phone so this is definitely the website you want to go to and buy new phones!

Great website great customer service but USPS won't give a damn about your package or how much you paid for the package ! I ordered a phone from them besides that the Google phones are amazing and I got the package sealed and new and even got refunded for the delivery I payed to get the package via overnight and I ordered the phone on a Monday morning ! And even got a tracking number in about an hour after my purchase all that said that's about the good of it and they even called me to apologise for the delay with USPS and gave me money back on the shipping and now after the tracking number that I got it said that I shouldve got the phone by 8pm on Tuesday and I didn't get it and it wrote that I should have been getting the phone on by Friday instead ! Horrible work from USPS especially when I payed more than 40 dollars on the shipping and I live in Brooklyn which is not far from electronics forces offices!!!!!!! At the end I got my 40 dollars back and I got the package on Friday and if you try calling USPS and ask them where is your package all you'll get is a representative that'll tell you (in big) that you're interupting here Convo on her cell phone and she won't give a damn about your delay or package I'd rather try talking to stuffed animal rather than a USPS representative! Anyhow I love electronics force service and prices and variaty of phones but USPS has to get their stuff together !

I am VERY disappointed in this company. I order what was advertised as a NEW phone, however upon inspection of the delivered item, it was clearly NOT NEW. There were scratches on the screen and on the finger-print sensor which were clear indicators that the phone was NOT NEW. It was NOT in the Samsung original packaging which was another indicator. The one person I was able to talk to from the company was not helpful and had a short temper when I asked simple questions. Not to mention that person gave me the WRONG tracking number. Unless they can right this wrong, I'm returning my item and advise to stay away unless you're looking for a used product. *EDIT* I have since changed my review from a 1 star to 4. Although I did not receive the product I had hoped for, when I began the return process Electronicsforce was quick to respond and help me. I just received an email notifying me of my full and complete refund. Thank you very much Electronicsforce for remedying the situation swiftly and fully.

My phone was shipped a little later than expected but I was thrilled with my order. I ordered a Nokia Lumia 950 with 3-day shipping. Although the phone was delivered in 4 days, the factory seal was still on it. I was told by the sales representative to expect the package to be opened to ensure quality control but everything was sealed and even had that ATT smell (seriously, all the stores smell slightly of cinnamon and rose.)

although the wrong color phone was sent , the service and quality of the product was very good.

I ordered a phone by feDex they shipped using usps i called them to return the product they refunded my shipping cost and send me a free case for my phone well still not sure.if I want to keep the phone I called them and they said That I have 7 days to return overall the phone working good I decided to keep it. It's much better then my old phone I was using.

I usually dont write reviews for online sites, yet alone shop from them but I needed a new phone and my friends advised me about this company. It was a perfect storm. I hadnt had a new phone since the old nokia days. Why change now? I just wanted a Nokia Lumia, basically an updated version. Electronicsforce wanted to make me as happy as the company,. They said it was great, explained how ti is brand new and insured, and just made everything so comfortable for me. When the phone arrived it was a little quirky. It was always vibrating and couldnt hold a charge. This could have been a manufacturers error but I just wish it didnt occur at all. E-Force directed me to who can help fix this in my area of Louissianna and the problem was solved as quickly as it began. Nice to know theres a good place out there for stuff like this.

This place is good and reliable. These guys definitely know what to do and how to help you buy a phone. I was in desperate need of a new Lg phone and other online retailers seemed to have too many hoops to jump through. By the time I wanted to make my pruchase I ALSO wanted to pimp the thing out. Add a case, charger, antennae, anything i could. The service of the sales guys and the speed and quality of the phone were all top notch. I got my new phone within a week and it works like a charm. The only gripe I have is that after I ordered these additions, my total was a little pricy. I guess its my own doing because of how many accessories and expedited shipping I chose but still, I know that other sites may have priced the add-ons for less. Other sites also would have made me confused, scared, and perhaps still phoneless. 9/10
