I bought a phone and decided to return it since it did not come with the appropriate dash charger (one plus phone) and was not a boxed phone in virgin state. They willingly refunded my money minus $72 for "restocking fee". In my opinion, this type of fee is a scam. To be fair, the policy is posted clearly on their site but of course I didn't read it before purchasing. I certainly would not purchase from them again and would recommend that you only purchase from this company if you are sure that you will not need to return.

I ordered a phone and payed for 2 day shipping never got a tracking number or a notification that it shipped. I even e-mailed and did hear back for days. Had to call and ask why it was pending for 3 days and they told me it finally shipped. Should of received it today. Still haven't received it now there saying won't be here tell Monday. Even tho I payed 20 something for 2 day shipping.

The original order was 2 weeks before it started. The product was sent to the wrong location and on the second attempt the product was lost in the mail. The whole process took 4 times longer than advertised. The response from the support team was slow but finally effective. I now have the desired product and I am pleased with it.
