I'm changing an earlier review due to a miscommunication. I just received some of the best customer service from a site I ever had. There was a mix up with the addresses and a customer service rep name Melvin took good care of me and is making sure im satisfied with my order. Best experience I've had online !!! I got a new LG g7 from these guys and I'm happy with the desicion I made from buying a phone from them. They have great service and fast delivery and the prices on the website are great ! I had a few questions when I got the phone and a guy named moshe was very nice and patient to answer my call and my q&as over all I'm going to buy from them again later in the future ! Outstanding site with outstanding prices!!! I ordered a new sealed box galaxy note 9 from them it came quickly via priority shipping and those guys are the cheapest around for getting this phone !!! I convinced myself in the beginning that those guys might be a scam but I also told myself that I should take my chances and see for myself! And those guys definitely proved me wrong they even have such a great customer service a guy named Melvin contacted me and wanted to make sure that the package was delivered on time and if everything is ok with the phone and that's what I call I great service ! I bought a brand new motorola z3 force from them and it came in just a few short days via priority shipping!! I love this website because 1 the shipping and the package is great ! 2 this website has fantastic prices! And 3 i enjoyed my phone for a few weeks and it suddenly fell of my bike and the screen broke but the warranty saved my life ! I called tem and a guy named melvin answered my calls and he was so nice and patient to answer my questions long story short he told me to send the phone back to him and there going to fix my phone with no charge at all a day after i sent the phone to them i got it back like new ! Overall im very pleased with them !!
