I am an old man using a flip phone and just enough skill to accomplish the basics on an old iPad. Email to ElectronicsFource, Steve told me to return the phone and they would send me the phone required. All this: purchase, exchange and back to business went without a hitch. Awesome customer service, representatives are very helpful. I paid extra to deliver my phone within 3 days, I waited 2 weeks for my phone to arrive and so I called them and they were very sorry and gave offered me a partial refund with overnight shipping or cancel for full refund, i went ahead for the partial refund and within the next day i got my new phone. Thank you guys so very much!

Best overall online experience! I made a purchase with them on April 2nd and it took them 5 business days to process the order (which is better than expected because everything is taking forever to process especially on Amazon it takes a whole month!) . I paid for my 3day shipping on my order and I got it after 2 business days after it was shipped. The product came new as advertised and I really recommend them overall.

Best customer service and business I've made online. After a good research in search for where to buy a mobile hotspot at a legitimate seller that has these for a good price especially at these times hotspots are very hard to get.
