I bought two phones and payed on the spot. have been waiting over two weeks and they still are processing. I will never buy from this place again.

I unfortunately ordered an iphone 5 on 7th Jan 2015. I paid ~$450. I got the first phone on 16th Jan 2015 which was full of scratches. I had to take photo of all scratches and ship back the device to these guys. I had to talk to them so many times. Steve is the person I spoke to. They promised to send a new phone as replacement. I got the replacement phone on 26th Jan. The serial number and imei number in the box is one and the actual phone is different. When I checked the IMEI number, the phone was actually bought by someone during Jul 2013 and these guys have sold it to me now. I have sent the details back to these guys. I will be returning the device tomorrow. I am hoping to see these guys will send a genuine device at least the third time.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!. Please do not shop here... It's run by like one guy, and I paid for 2 day fed ex shipping for a Samsung G 4s 16gb and here I am 5 days into it, still with no phone, and "it should be here by maybe the weekend..." Is this guy kidding? You may see good prices, but what good do good prices do when you never get your item??? I would be ashamed if I was him... I'd like to see him pay for 2 day shipping then have the phone take over a week.... He has costed me at least double the cost of the 300 dollar phone, so caveat emptor

Was told in would be paid for my return shipping 5 different times. This was after I returned a phone that they sold as new that was not. These people just will tell you anything and then do nothing, have emails to back this all up. maybe that is why they hide behind different company names.

I wanted a Samsung XCover 2 phone from then and because on the website it wasn't mentioned the condition of the phone I dropped them a mail and they said it is brand new. When I received the phone it came in a used box of a Samsung Galaxy S :) and it was used; there were 2 contact lists in the phone :) (they could have at least removed the contacts :) ) Adding one more thing: because the phone was suppose to be a gift I did tried it with an actual SIM card but when I saw it was not new I checked it with a SIM and guess what: it was not able to make a simple phone call.

They sent me the wrong order. Their customer service is lousy and never contacted me via email or phone when I complained. When I was able to get a hold of them they said send the phone back and we will send you the correct one. I noted that if they did not have the phone I wanted, I wanted a refund. Once again, they made no effort to contact me. When I contacted them they said they were giving me a refund minus a restocking fee even though they had the phone I wanted. Now I am out the shipping fee, the cost of mailing it back and a restocking fee as well as 2 weeks of my time wasted. Best of luck if you use this company.

Shipping was very slow- it takes them 5 days to "process" the order prior to shipping. Be sure to read the small print on the FAQ page. Paid for Federal Express 2 day air, they shipped it USPS. Contacted to complain, told not a problem- will refund the shipping. It has taken 3 weeks for them to process with 4 calls. Product was received used. The website does not say item would be used which is very misleading. I was not happy with the service provided and the response time. Rep states "don't worry", however actions indicate otherwise.
