The variety of electric cycles available at your shop is impressive, catering to a wide range of preferences and needs. The staff's willingness to assist me in finding the perfect electric cycle based on my requirements was truly appreciated. The fact that they encouraged test rides allowed me to get a feel for the different models, making my decision-making process much easier.

Complete scam scam scam scam scam. Do not buy from this company. You yourself can buy directly from China as they claim they do. There is no way in hell you get a brand new Surron X for $3,100 US and free shipping. These bikes are to big and heavy to even be considered for free shipping at that price. I don't have to attempt to lose money to know this is a scam. Now you can post 2 or 3 of your fake 5 star reviews to

Complete scam. So elaborate to even send a fake tracking number from a company B Global Logistics, LLC. There are no live updates on shipping - the weight listed for the bike is 600 pounds! What a joke! These people should get a real job instead of being low lifes and scamming hardworking people of their money.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Has anyone with this experience tried to get their funds back???

No merchant account to protect you because they are not a real business. No Paypal account to protect you, because they are not a real business. They want your money direct from bank wire or Zelle. How convenient, take the money and run. They will not provide a real address, office number, nothing. The scammer operates on their mobile to chat with you, even at 3am in the morning in from any time zone. All their reviews are generic and fake. None of them actually talked about any specific to any order, nothing. All fake, AI generated.

First you attacked us by saying that we are a scam, why would we even bother replying you? My colleague explained to you why the merchant account wasn't up and running. We also have several people who handle our chats at several intervals so no clue why you're pissed. And even go as far as leaving a 1 star review of which you have not even shopped from us.

The quality of the electric bike is remarkable - sleek design, powerful performance, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Riding it has been an absolute joy, and I've received numerous compliments on its innovative features.

They are a scam. Notice how many awesome reviews they have in the past month? Go back further and there are a bunch of horrible reviews. I just finished fighting with my credit card company to get my money back. Like others, I paid for a bike and then they completely ghosted me. I kept all emails and communications from these dirt bags if someone thinks I'm lying. I am not. Tried to buy this bike for my step son and they screwed me over badly. Terrible experience. So not trust these people.

That's because they weren't patient enough for the bikes to arrive, sometimes we can't control the wait time for these bikes, also our supplier works with multiple buyers hence why it's a waiting game at times. I mean we have the cheapest offer on these Electric bikes and we for sure get them directly from China.
