About Electric Tobacconist® USA

The Electric Tobacconist first launched in the UK in 2013 and following on from our success across the Atlantic, the Electric Tobacconist USA was born in early 2015. Though we’re an American company through and through, our name pays homage to our British roots. The local tobacconist was traditionally the place where the community went to pick up their smoking supplies, discover the latest innovations in tobacco, and get expert advice and recommendations on what to buy. However, things have changed. People are moving away from traditional tobacco and are looking for an alternative. That’s where we come in. We’re a tobacconist for the 21st century. The Electric Tobacconist USA is your one-stop-shop for e-cigarette and vaping supplies, offering absolute convenience, an ever-evolving range of products, and a commitment to the customer that’s second to none. Our unwavering focus on customer satisfaction has made us one of the biggest online vape shops in the US, and we continue to adapt and grow to stay at the forefront of this fast-moving industry. Every time you visit our site, you’ll find something new and exciting, whether it be state-of-the-art vaping hardware or the hottest vape juice range in the US.

Slow shipping, good products
Products were good quality. Price was reasonable. Shipping was MUCH slower than expected. My products used to arrive in about 2 when I ordered from this site. It took 7 days last time. I ordered on a Thursday morning. Website says orders received before 2pm ship the same day. My order didn't ship until the following Monday. Still okay though.

Thank you for contacting the Electric Tobacconist. We are very sorry for this delay in shipping that you are seeing - we can confirm that all of our shipments are leaving as scheduled and that we are not seeing any backups. We are assuming that the main reason your delivery was delayed is due to restrictions and precautions caused by COVID-19 as well as the upcoming election.

Just AMAZING!
I've been ordering from Electric Tobacconist for about a year now and have yet to have one single problem with my orders. This company is amazing!!! While all of the other places that I order things from have slowed way down on their shipping times during COVID19 E.T. hasn't missed a beat. Thank You for you dedication to us.

Are you guys serious
Are you guys serious? Each time I buy juul pods they are worse than the last. Theres clearly a lack of quality testing. People do not let the false reviews have you order from this site. I can't speak for the other products, however the juul pods are extremely old and harsh. More often than not you will feel extremely sick I even feel pain in my lungs and abdomen. Friends if you value your health and safety do NOT order juul pods from this site.

I will only order from Electronic…
I will only order from Electronic Tobacconist for all my nic salts and accessories. The prices are consistently stable, and everything is well packed and ships fast. This last shipment took a couple of more days than usual, but I think I got spoiled by prior orders with blazing fast service. Also, I ordered more items that weighed more. It takes a bit to find a company you can trust in the vape market. I found the best experience with these guys after multiple orders of multiple products. They have my business from here on out.
