electricpicks.comFounded in 2011 by MJ Carlson the brand was born of the idea that jewelry holds our stories, and lives our experiences with us. Each piece is curated with thought, crafted with love, and destined to live your best adventures with you. It started with a dream —namely, a dream about stringing [vintage] guitar picks onto a bracelet. MJ woke up and promptly set out to replicate the design. And as all modern creative endeavors do, this involved some DIY and consulting YouTube videos. Encouraged by family and friends, the self-taught designer was soon filling orders for her vintage-inspired styles — and a brand was born.Every single piece will arrive with an embossed hangtag to share it’s story. Oh and we guarantee your jewelry for life. Quality is incredibly important to us, and so are you. Our community of customers is #1. We want you to feel the ultimate senseof comfort when purchasing your Electric Picks pieces. We're proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on all our pieces. We'll repairyour jewels free of charge, for life. If we no longer carry that product, we will replace with a credit."I'm obsessed with creating jewelry that you can feel good in, helps you tell your own story, and stays with you throughout it all."- MJ Carlson (Founder & CEO)

If I could give zero stars I would. Item lost stones after a few weeks of wear. Gave me store credit so I ordered something that has never been delivered despite saying out for delivery. Takes weeks to hear back from customer service. Horrible company.

Awful, i kick myself for not reading the reviews on here. I bought a tennis bracelet. Seems to be faukly, i have requested for a exchange part of the 30 day returns policy. I also sent them a dm about it. Jo repky back to either request. It has been 3 working days already. I will avoid at all time. Instead i recomend d loius and there service is spot on avoid waisting your money. They are scammers

Bad experience. If I like talking to AI they respond immediately with not a single answer to help me get my product. I was told there was incomplete address but I have my complete address on my photo of purchase and it’s COMPLETE!! Now what should I do??

They have a A horrible return and refund policy. They want a credit card information before they will consider giving you a refund something you purchased before you open the box.

Customer Service doesn't seem to exist . No replies. Never received item ordered. Do not recommend this company.

This is by far the worst company I have ever bought from! Their customer service appears excellent until you require a return or exchange for any reason. That’s when their customer support vanishes and they stop replying to your emails! I have never dealt with a company as terrible as them. They have no ethical standards whatsoever!

I will not recommend this company to others. Everything was fine, slow deliveries, until you need a return or help with an item. Customer service is nonexistent. No matter how many times you email, which is the only communication available, they keep using the same link and you can't find the new reply. I also find them to be dishonest! And that is the biggest red flag along with no human customer service. Run from this company!
