Everyone we spoke with was so helpful! Kelly and his colleague (didn't catch his name unfortunately!) came out and worked for hours in the heat, made multiple trips to get things right even when the terrain on our property caused problems, making their work extra difficult. I'm sure the job at our house was a particular pain in the neck but you wouldn't know that from the electricians! We appreciate them :)

We wanted a change and every department was so helpful and explained in detail exactly what all the charges would be. They took the time to listen and anwer all my questions. They stand by their product.

the website was easy to navigate the order process of the phone was one of the smoothest I've ever dealt with. I got a rate that was satisfactory lower than my existing providers rate which made me happy. The rep that helped me was very assuring in a questions I had concerning my address and billing address being different and some confusion it and taking place in the past with that issue with previous retailers. I've already recommended the same switch to my neighbors and I am an extremely satisfied user. 16305854
