An expensive fix for outlet repair that created new problems.
An expensive fix for non-working outlets, resulted in new electrical problems.
Is it typical for an electrician to test the GFI circuits to find out why 2 outlets were not working and in that process, tripping the GFI with their plug in device and then not reset it again?
The original concern was fixed and paid for. The next day, we discovered that we now have other outlets that are not working but worked before they did the testing. It seems that the technician should have revealed to us the new issue/problem instead of us having to discover it after they left. And perhaps they should have attempted to fix it.

Everyone we spoke with was so helpful
Everyone we spoke with was so helpful! Kelly and his colleague (didn't catch his name unfortunately!) came out and worked for hours in the heat, made multiple trips to get things right even when the terrain on our property caused problems, making their work extra difficult. I'm sure the job at our house was a particular pain in the neck but you wouldn't know that from the electricians! We appreciate them :)

SHAME!! Looks like a shopping site, but all the providers are the same company!!
TOTAL AND BLATANT DECEPTION!! I was looking at the various sites that help find the best electricity deals for my house and Electric.com came up on a Google search. I was suspicious when the only listed three providers - Just, Tara, and Amigo. Dug a little deeper and found out that all of the providers are owned by the same company, Just Energy! They make it look like they are doing you a favor by scouring all of the providers, but they are actually just letting you pick from one of their own companies. If that wasn't bad enough, almost all of the deals had serious "gotcha" terms, like charging you $59 to $149 UP FRONT to get the "Preferred Rate". Nice! I get a great rate and get charged a $149 fee first month for the privilege! They even have the gall to put these very words on their site:
Why Shop Here?
There’s a reason malls and large shopping centers are popular during the holidays—shoppers can get everything they need in one place. Electric.com offers the same benefit for electricity and natural gas suppliers. Instead of visiting multiple websites, writing down plans, rates and offers, just search here. We’ve done the work for you.
Yeah, right....if all of the stores in the mall are owned by the same company!
This is openly deceptive, even if they eventually put other providers on their site, do you really think that their "Ranking" will be unbiased? BUYER BEWARE!!

Great people made it easy to switch
We wanted a change and every department was so helpful and explained in detail exactly what all the charges would be. They took the time to listen and anwer all my questions. They stand by their product.
