ElecologyReviews of elecology.com

Can’t speak highly enough of the service from everyone I’ve dealt with at Elecology. First off they were willing to take on the install at our house when 3 other firms had refused. Sam, who I dealt with said that he promised the job would be done to our satisfaction. Secondly when Dave and Mark arrived to do the work they described it as an 8.5 out of 10 challenge. They looked at different ways to get things done and set about things diligently and patiently. The installation was indeed done to our complete satisfaction including making good on the pathways and trenches they had to dig. I thoroughly recommend them.

Great service from Sam and the entire installation team! Professional, efficient, and very attentive to detail. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Tesla Gen 3 charger installed on a post and couldn’t be happier. Professional from start to finish, with a friendly and helpful team. Whole process was simple, straightforward and transparent.Tidy work, done properly. Would recommend.

Elecology have been exceptional from start to finish. They handled everything — sourcing the charger, installing it, and keeping me fully informed throughout the whole process. I really appreciated being able to send photos of my preferred location beforehand, which gave me real confidence that they understood exactly what I wanted. The installation itself was flawless. All the cabling has been hidden beautifully, the workmanship is top‑tier, and the team left everything spotless afterward. Communication has been outstanding at every stage and I genuinely can’t fault them. A brilliant experience and a company I’d happily recommend to anyone.

From the initial quote through to installation, Elecology were 5-star all the way. The team were responsive and easy to deal with from the start, the installation of my Tesla Wall Connector was completed quickly, and they took the time to walk me through everything in detail once the job was done. Genuinely impressive service from start to finish, highly recommend.

Made the whole process simple, good clear advice and happy to answer questions. Installation took place at the time and on the day promised by a very pleasant member of staff. Use of the EV charger was explained thoroughly.
