Decent install but now i need to get a floor board replaced.
Engineer who came for the install was good and he did a decent job however to gain access under the floor he decided to cut one of the floor boards. It has been cut in such a way that it is unsupported. He had put couple of screws to keep the floor board in place but it has since caved in only been few days.

Our engineers will always take extra time and care to make sure the most discreet cable route possible is achieved (the goal is no cable on show).
