I ordered because I’ve tried their elderberry syrup before and it worked so well for my dry cough. The first time, it was gifted to me, but I finally placed my own order recently. The syrup itself is amazing but as a first-time customer, the whole experience seems a lot, you order, confirm appointment (with time), need to wait for an email confirmation for pick up.. etc. Which I understand because I think the syrups are made fresh. It’s definitely doable, but I think it could be simplified a bit. Also, for newbies, it would be super helpful to have a little note or instructions at the pick-up spot so we know exactly what to do. I wasn’t sure if I should ring the doorbell or not, and it seems like the setup is meant to be no-contact, so some guidance would go a long way. Overall, great product... just hoping the pick-up experience becomes a little clearer for first timers.
