My experience was same. Purchased an impact drill, even read the about us page, the shipping information and everything I could find on their website. Placed my order and then never received a confirmation email, and realized I'd not seen anything about shipping. Checked my card and it had been charged. Today I called Chase and disputed the charge after seeing the posts here and in other places. This was after trying to call and getting a busy signal every time. I also cancelled my credit card just to be safe so Chase is sending a new one. I guess if the price is too good to be true...

Ordered a tool and never received a confirmation email with the order number. Tried calling and the number is constantly busy, tried emailing and it won’t go through. The funds were deducted so I am now trying to get my money back. Do not use ELC Hardware.

Same experience as everyone else have stated. Stay away.

I ordered a DeWalt Gyroscopic screwdriver from ELC and never received a confirmation email (email wasn't requested at the order screen). After realizing that a confirmation wasn't sent I attempted to call but realized that the phone was disconnected and wasn't available. Additionally, I looked up the physical address on file and realized that it belonged to a different company (Gilchrist Building Supplies) in Bell, Florida. This is a Fraudulent company, Do Not Purchase or do business with them...it's a scam!!!!

SCAM …. As others have posted credit card was charged no confirmation email or order number was ever sent, no response to email and phone number is not legit. I googled to check prior to ordering and there were no reviews I could find at the time I should have trusted my gut!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Scam. As others have stated, no confirmation of order via email. Phone number disconnected. Charge on credit card appears as “Buycott Pittsburgh PA”from “Kimberley Buck Media LLC” with address 3122 Riverfront Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15238. The phone number 770-988-7189 is of a person in Georgia (unrelated to this business). Don’t be fooled by low prices, it is not real. Cancel credit card.

From my experience, this company, ELCHardware.com is not legitimate. Looks like a full hardware store and has reasonable prices. When you make a purchase your card is charged, but you get no confirmation number or email. They do not respond to an email inquiry, the telephone number is constantly busy, the contact form errors out and the product is not delivered. American Express says the company that billed my card is "Golden Nugget" not ELCHardware. It appears there is no ELC Hardware in Bell, FL as they claim to have a physical store there.

Same experience as last person, found a decent deal on a ryobi radio, paid, CC was charged, no email confirmation, phone number is constantly busy, already disputed with my CC company. SCAM - STAY AWAY! Whois domain record shows the domain was created 12-29-2020 so it's not even a year old.
