I just recently discovered this company and fully anticipated an extra long shipping turnaround due to closures & the pandemic going on around us. That being said, I placed my first order late Saturday night and received it in Texas in Wednesday. My second order was placed on Wednesday evening and I received it on Saturday. This is an amazing company and I'm supper stoked to have discovered all the color choices available.

Received my order a day earlier than posted. The FOE elastic was exactly as listed and met my needs. I will definitely order again!

Patty’s handwritten note about a color substitution + an extra roll of fringe elastic was above and beyond great customer service. Plus the seamstress making the covid-19 masks loved the elastic and was ordering more. ❤️

Ordered March 29th, and still waiting..departed from Shippensburg PA, accepted package the 30th at 12:10pm., accepted usps package the 31th at 5:38 am, arrived at Harrisburg Pa at 6:53 am, departed at 10:39am, arrived at Indianapolis IN at 9:17pm departed April 1st from Indianapolis at 10:34, arrived in Detroit April 2nd 12:47am, not sure how or when it deteriorated but it arrived back to Lancaster PA 3:40pm, departed Lancaster back to Harrisburg April 3rd 6:30 am, back to Detroit April 4th at 9:12, April 5th...last update.. it's still moving within USPS..I don't even know what to think at this point.. other than USPS wastes to much time and money shipping things back and forth for no reason...I know it's not the company's fault it's not here yet...we will see if and when it arrives. Update..It did arrive the next day.. thank you for your help and refund..I will be buying from them again.
