This is an absolute terrible financial institution that have no understanding of customer service and not great for customers that seeking financial advice or service from them. I would highly recommend staying far away from them. They will straight up not help you. Very terrible. Thought was a loyal customer until you if you accidentally miss a simple payment even though never miss payment before all the years previous but the one time you do miss a payment by accident. Oh boy, do they make sure not to help you at all. And one of the most weird way they do things too. If you make a payment on your account that you can’t use your card for 24 to 48 hours even if you are current.

Avoid this bank like the plague. I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and didn't make my min payments. Every other bank understood, this bank closed my card. I called the bank to advise them and their representative told me what to do to keep the card open. They closed it anyway, denied I spoke to anyone, called me a liar and said the person I spoke with was not in the right department. NOT MY PROBLEM. Your employee made a representation to me and you should be honoring it, not saying it's the wrong department

Horrific company that bought out my credit card company. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Truly ridiculous. Paying off asap.

Simply put, they do not care about you as a customer. I have been a Fidelity customer for 20 years now. Absolutely no issues. I have also been a Fidelity credit card member for 15 years, I don't recall any issues there either. Anyways, recently deposited checks into Fidelity and it took 2 weeks for them to clear causing bills to bounce back. One of them was the Fidelity CC. I explained this situation, that I've never been late on a payment in 15 years and they simply did not care. Still charging me fees. $30 here, $30 there. They even siad when I requested a reversal "we see youve been a valuable customer and have not requested this before" blah blah. Nope, denied. I called back to get an explanation and the guy I talked to simply did not understand what was going on. In the end closed my card. I'm moving on, this will unfortunately probably cause me to close my fidelity account since the 2 of them are tied very closely. It's a shame

Charged us interest and late fee when we sent payment 20 days before it was due. They cashed check two days after due date. When we challenged this, and asked about the postmark on our payment, they said it was two days after they, themselves actually cashed our check payment. They cancelled the late fee but still hit us with interest charge. Bunch of lying, cheating, fraudulent jerks.

Scam, told me I had insufficient funds to cash my payment which was not true, I fought it and got my fees back. A few months later now they are telling me they never received my check in the mail. Total scam, the attorney general should be contacted.

Applied for a credit card The ID department require me to freaking fax over everything my ID and my social, screw off! I don't even have a fax. Who has a fax.

The Fed’s exchange is about 5.5% Elan is charging me 29.24%. I have been a customer for over 25 years my credit rating is very good and they refuse to give me any break on this interest rate. This is predatory. I would advise anyone to avoid this company and use someone else.
