They hve been stealing my money from the inside and claiming tgey never got our checks. 2 so far that were sent before their bill came the first went over 10 days saying it wasn't recieved. I stopped our check. The second one was sent rgtafer I paid the monthly,and it's been over 10 days. They claimwed they didn't get yet this second check payment. I'll garantee they are holding on to it. or someone has been trying to cash it. Either way when I call there my finances are always crazy not right differnt so someone there is embezzling.

Simply a bad company to have that supposed to provide a useful financial service.When making an attempt to pay the complete balance on my card after the one year of no interest my credit score dropped near 300 points.Until then I had a great credit score now I can not get hardly anything.Naturally Elan disagrees that is what they did but there were so many disputes over time about $30.00 late charges that only they could report since anything else is in 0.00.balance.Those late charges were not warranted.It seems Elan likes to take pleasure in causing emotional anguish in people.It really is harmful to the American People that a financial institution like this exists.For anyone else that has had to endure this type of harm I just want you to know that you have my sympathy!!!

BEWARE of this company they lie to you when you dispute fraudulent charges, they say someone will call you back and no one ever does. They will stretch a dispute out past 60 days and close your dispute stating it wasnt filed in time. Use at your own risk but guaranteed you if take the chance you will be joining the many who they screwed over. I gave them one star only because zero wasnt available!!!

Absolutely Terrible customer service for their Fidelity Visa card holders. I am surprised Fidelity Investments still makes customers use them. I will not use this card when I am traveling. Charges get declined and Elans Customer service is useless at night.

We stopped using this credit card issued through Fidelity many years ago and cut up the credit cards. We are suddenly receiving a statement showing a charge of $70 which we couldn't have made as we don't even own a credit card from them. I disputed the charge on our Fidelity cash management account who reversed the payment to Elan, and now Elan is threatening to report us. We can't log on to Elan to see what this unauthorized charge might be. I called Elan on 11/8, spoke to Janie, told her we cancelled the card years ago, yet received a dunning letter dated 11/14.

I have a credit card with Elan Financial service. Please stay away from this financial company. Their reporting and Dispute both don't protect customers. They wrongfully associated a dispute case with my credit card until I pointed out the error. I reported to them a possible unauthorized charge coming so they issued a new credit card, but the new credit card still let the unauthorized charge occurred, so I had to spend my time again to investigate the case and dispute the transaction.

stay away from this company. I have my credit card with them in auto pay, I trusted them, I just reviewed my statements and the have been charging me over 1000.00 every month. the balance never goes to cero , even when auto pay it's set up to pay everything. they said it was the amount not pad wich it's pending transaction ok. I stopped using it. guess what I have a balance of over 1500 dls pending. they have no explanation of this , they keep saying it's a past due. but I haven't use the card and it's in auto pay. I'm contacting the general attorney
