The operators typically profit by collecting deposits, manipulating account information to encourage further investment, and eventually preventing withdrawals or disappearing with investors' funds.

Ordered a virtual card there and refilled it. Before I was able to make any transaction the card was blocked. On 7th of April support told me they will refund by the end of month. In the end of month they said to ask on 5-6 on May. Today is 8th of May and... "review extend to August". SCAM.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the card and refund timeline. However, we would like to clarify that your case is still under review, and delays can occur depending on the complexity of the investigation and verification process. In such cases, resolution timelines may be extended until all checks are completed. We do not withhold customer funds intentionally, and every case is handled individually by the support and compliance team. If your request is still open, we strongly recommend continuing to follow up with support using your ticket ID so it can be escalated and resolved as soon as possible.
