Hello, We are sorry to hear that as we always reply to all the requests in Live Chat or via email. We have not changed our payment policy either. The payment methods are same, automatic and the cards are delivered automatically on our website after a successful payment. We are afraid you might have encountered a scam site that uses same/similar name/domain as we do. Dear customer, due to increasing cases of scamming on the Internet by using similar to Ekame names please be careful. The unique genuine Ekame service is only available at Ekame .net. All other websites using same name but with different domain names or same domain but with a similar name (e.g.,ekame-card.com, ekame.shop, ekame.info, etc.) are to be considered as fake and totally unsafe. If you are sure you have bought the card on our website please send the payment details (payment ID, the address where you sent the funds to buy the card) in text format to [email protected]. We will check everything and contact you asap.
