Ejuice StoreReviews of ejuicestore.com

Sometimes when I order it gets shipped through DHL (sooo slow, 1+ week to get) and other times is shipped right through USPS so I get it in a few days. Not sure why? But the site is great with very competitive prices. I've had a couple issues with some orders (like wrong item received and one vape came broken) but they always get back super quick and resolve the issue no hassle. Will continue to purchase from here rather than vape stores which charge so much for their disposables.

UPDATE - Now 5 star! Nicely packaged and arrived quickly! Very happy with price, product and customer service! Still waiting for order to be delivered but am so far VERY impressed with their customer service! Ordered from them for the first time late Friday afternoon & had an issue with the age verification as the billing was in my husband's name & the shipping was in mine; sent an email, not expecting to hear back from them until at least Monday. Was very pleasantly surprised to get an email on Saturday stating they had resolved the problem & my order was prepared to ship! Prices are great & the free shipping is a definite bonus! Will update to 5 stars based on the arrival of my order.

I live across the country from these guys.. and shipping is super fast, always accurate, and premium juice! By far the best place to order juice from. Thank you!

If I could rate ejuicestore.com a 10 I would. My order got lost by the post office. I sent them one email and they took care of everything. I was sent a replacement order the same day. Customer service was excellent. They are the only place I will shop from now on.

I have placed multiple orders and have never had an issue. Sometimes I even get my order within a few days. Once in a while it might take a little longer but with all the shipping regulations I can understand why.

I don’t know what other people did but I ordered my 4 boxes of Candy King which is always out locally on the Morning of April 2nd got a shipping notice same day. Said that DHL would be giving it to USPS and I got it at my regular mail time today April 6th! Now that’s fast! And super easy, less than half the price of local shop, even with shipping I saved $55 on 4 100mL bottles. Will 100% be using them again and I was sketched at first. Very impressed and happy. 💨

They charge $11 for shipping which covers any Usps priority mail shipment that arrives in 2-3 days but they use DHL instead and it takes weeks for products to arrive if they don’t lose it of course. I would never buy from them again!

I can’t speak on other peoples experiences, but mine was fine this time and has always been pretty good. I’ve ordered from them for the past two years with no problems except their couriers. Sometimes they use USPS and sometimes DHL (I think FedEx Ground too), DHL and FedEx can take up to a week depending. However, their processing time is quick and they’ve responded quickly to any problems I’ve had. Prices are good and selection is bad.
