Ejuice StoreReviews of ejuicestore.com

I bought 5 boxes of fifty bar vapes. Two of the boxes were empty. I reached out and they responded that I had only 48 hours to let them know. They say they are only resellers. I'm going to let fifty bar know these guys are fraudsters. This is bad!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! VERY VERY RUDE & unprofessional. I emailed the company about my order and they were so rude! I’ve never dealt with someone so rude from a company in my entire life, if I could give them negative stars I would. They have a Bad review for a reason! Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase from them . I’m blown away by how rude the customer service person was today! i wish I could post the screen shots of the conversation! HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND COMPANY

***BUYERS BEWARE!!! FRAUDULENT CHARGES AFTER PURCHASE!!!!*** I would give zero stars if I could. My credit card was compromised after making a purchase with this company. I was notified about several suspicious charges on my card, and the only place I have used this card in over a year is with this company. The charges started the same day of my very first purchase, and I wasn't even aware at first. I made two more purchases, and again there were more fraudulent charges that coincided with the dates of my vape order. I have disputed these charges with my card company and it is being investigated as fraud. One of the charges was for Lyft and they had a phone number, so I am sure they will figure it out. But it's still a hassle, has affected my credit score and my finances. This company is not secure. They are not an authorized distributor of Fifty Bar, but an independent seller.

BUYER BEWARE! My local store was out of stock, so I decided to order from ejuicestore.com. When my order arrived, I immediately noticed that the juice in both bottles were orange in color, which is not how this product normally looks. I decided to try one anyway, and it tasted terrible. Since I opened one bottle to test it, I was told I could only receive a refund for the unopened bottle even though they are both clearly not as they should be. Maybe you will get the bottle I sent back! I also contacted ejuicestore about the issue, but I have not yet received a response or a return shipping label. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with both the product I received and the customer service.

I have been ordering juice from them for quite a long time. I reached out to them about an issue with the juice i ordered last and all they offered was a canned response about the juice manufacturer. The juice smelled horrible, tasted horrible, and the color was off. I've ordered the same juice every time, so im well aware of what it should be. After reaching out to customer service they replied by saying the original company has new management and they changed the type or nicotine used. After 1 simple Google search, I found that to be a lie. I asked them to rectify the issue and won't respond.

No confirmation email and my order was cancelled for no reason. When I finally do get a reply from customer service they want to argue me. I couldn't care less if that place burned to the ground and the survivors got mouth herpes.

No confirmation number ordered twice because of this and can't get a response from the office it's bad for business

They don't answer your questions, they send a robotic response with a personally named AI bought that doesn't answer your question at all and doesn't even relate to it. If you then get pissed off about that and ask for a refund they send you a refund email but you don't get the refund. I cooled off later on and made another order and tried to email the person and say look I'm sorry please don't cancel this one. I was unsure of what I ordered the first time and that's why I wanted an explanation but this time I know what I'm getting so please let this one go through and they canceled it after they gave me a shipping notification again. That's two orders with two different shipping and refund notifications, but no refund. I reported them to the FTC and going to have to open a case with my bank I guess
