Hi Miguel! Thank you for your review! It is common in those who may be suffering from nutrient deficiencies to feel a surge of benefits when they first begin taking our supplement. Over time the body adjusts to its "new normal" of having all the essential nutrients it needs, and the changes may feel less drastic. It is common to feel these swings/changes with Vitamin B´s and D as well as some of the amino acids. We also suggest experimenting with the time of day you take our supplement. Some customers feel best when they take it in the morning (this is what we suggest), while others report more success when taking it later in the day. Hi Heather, Thank you for the feedback! This is a great idea that we could bring up with manufacturing. As for the directions, they should be printed on the side of the box with details on serving size as well. Thanks again for sharing!
