I purchased the steaks and chicken package, for $45.99 via an ad on my phone. I purchased this on April 3rd. I kept wondering why it was taking so long. When I tried to track it, via my PC it kept taking me to a blocked website. I checked my email and found the tracking number, and after some research I located the tracking company. On April 29th I still hadn't received my purchase. Upon checking the tracking again, it said it had been delivered on 4/22 at 3:50PM. However, I did not receive it. I actually wasn't home at the time as I go into the office on Tues. and Wed. I checked my Ring camera to see if anyone had delivered a package and I had no recording showing anyone at my door that day. I sent an email and received a response from Chris, telling me what I already knew, that the shipping site said it had been delivered. It didn't show who signed for it, it didn't have the address the package was delivered, FedEx and UPS typically take a picture for me to receive showing where the package was dropped off. There was nothing showing if this had been delivered to the wrong house. In my cul de sac, I am close with my neighbors, so they would have brought it to me. Also, It is very hard not to see the numbers on my house as they are on the curb, the mailbox as well as my house. All I wanted was what I purchased. I kept writing to Chris and he stopped responding. I was going to recommend this to my friends, but I told them to wait to see if I received my package. We were looking at the crab legs next. I am certainly going to let them know not to purchase from this site as their service is terrible, their delivery is unreliable and they don't take care for customer!!!

Never received my package was ripped off. This should be taken to court and stopped by the law. Meat package I recommend to anyone else don't give this place your business.

Company is openly pretending to be Omaha Steaks. This includes the ad having their address and pictures. Once ordered everything switched to China. They will claim their warehouse in America is "out" of meat and the meat has to be sent from a bs place in China. Tracking number they will give you is bs and will say delivered and nothing will be there. On top of that fraud, there will be a "customer service" email person that will have a generic white name with non matching email handle that will send you bs screen shots of that fake Chinese tracking site saying it was delivered. Stay away...far far away.

Worst company ever will straight up rob you of your money and never deliver your order. Don't purchase anything from them. Then they lie to you in emails snakes in the grass. I've never given a low score but it's deserved

I gave them 1 star because that's they take your money and don't deliver. I put the complaints online publicly because they must be sued AsaP for taking our order money and Not delivering. They will Not be in business too much longer!

they insist item was delivered, however i have video camera proof as to the time of day theyt state delivered. Nothing delivered

The company did not deliver the promised item. They said it was sold out. I asked for a refund from Chloe which she promised, and 3 months later I am still waiting on. I filed a dispute with my credit card company which I won. This company is terrible. WARNING-DO NOT buy anything from them, they are all scam.

My order was never received from the shipping company. I made contact with Chloe from support, who was very polite and helpful. She offered to replace the order and I agreed. After several weeks the order again was not received from the shipping company. Chloe offered to refund the purchase and I agreed. After another several weeks, the refund has not been received. I tried reaching out to Chloe and she will no longer respond to my emails. This process has taken over 8 months. I paid for a product that I did not receive, did not receive the promised refund, and now support (Chloe) has stopped responding to my emails. I tried reaching her using a different email and she answered the first one but after being told that it was me, she quit responding again.
