Applied for ITIN end of Nov. 2018. By mid April 2019 I was chasing these people to see where my ITIN was. Eventually they called the IRS and then told me that the IRS has sent my ITIN number to another Agency. I told them to get back to the IRS and find out which Agency. They refused said 3 months was up and they were no longer responsible. I said that was unacceptable and that they must resolve the situation. An hour later they told me they had phoned the IRS again and had been told that I must contact the IRS directly. I called the IRS and they gave me my ITIN number. I asked where was the paper work and the IRS told me they had sent it to the Agency on 29th Dec 2018! I double checked the address they IRS sent it too and it was correct. I told the Agency that according to the IRS they had my ITIN number 3 months ago. They said they would look for it. That was the last I heard from them!

Very fast and easy service at a great price

Service was too slow, and not responsive, I had to contact them too many times to get my ITIN. I had to remind them many times via website chat to take in charge my request after I paid the required fees. But at the end I got the ITIN.
