Oxyshred drinks in a can causing low blood pressure and migraines after consuming.

I’ve tried just about everything from EHPlabs. OxyShred, their pre-workouts, protein powders, energy drinks, and most recently their new 30g protein muscle drink. And honestly, I’ve been disappointed every single time. EHPlabs products are marketed everywhere in Australia, but have you actually stopped to read the ingredients on the back? Their new protein drink doesn’t even contain real milk. For something marketed as a muscle protein drink, I expected better. In my opinion, there are far better alternatives out there. My recommendations: * Ready-to-drink protein: Rokeby * Protein powder: Syntha-6 by BSN * Non-stim pre-workout: Grind by Primabolics EHPlabs has incredible marketing, influencer partnerships and distribution. But great marketing doesn’t automatically mean great products. Stop buying products just because an influencer promotes them. Start reading ingredient labels and understanding what you’re putting into your body. Marketing doesn’t equal quality. After trying so many of their products, EHPlabs won’t be getting any more of my money.

I’m extremely disappointed with OxyShred. The powder became severely hardened and clumped together, to the point where I had to physically break apart the lumps just to try to use it. This is not what I expected from a product I paid good money for. What made the experience even worse was the company’s response when I raised a complaint. Despite providing photographic evidence and explaining the condition of the product, they refused to offer a replacement. Instead, they repeatedly explained why the powder can harden, as though that made the situation acceptable. A product becoming so hard and clumped together that it is difficult to use should be a concern, not something a paying customer is simply expected to accept. I understand that certain ingredients may cause changes in texture, but this product was simply unusable I expected better product quality and, more importantly, better customer service. The refusal to replace the product has left me feeling completely let down as a customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend OxyShred. The product did not meet my expectations, and the way my complaint was handled has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand. Customers deserve products they can reasonably use and a company that is willing to take their concerns seriously when something goes wrong.

I have just bought some creatine and the pot is literally less than half full. When we’re facing climate catastrophe and microplastic pollution, I’m annoyed that this company feels the need to waste packaging resources to lie to their customers about the amount of actual product they will receive. Wish I could show pictures on here. The pot is about a third full. Terrible waste and misrepresentation of the amount of product you’re actually buying. Won’t buy this product again.

Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I recently discovered what appears to be a dead insect embedded in the remaining powder at the bottom of a container of their Pride pre-workout. Initially, I noticed brown wing-like fragments mixed through the powder and, after scraping out the remaining product, found what appeared to be a whole insect. I provided photo and video evidence to EHPlabs and later supplied even clearer images when requested. Rather than investigating the concern further, I was told that the material was simply a "solidification/clumping effect of the powder," despite the images clearly showing what I observed to be foreign material. After providing additional evidence, my concerns were no longer addressed and I received no further response. I understand the product was purchased some time ago and had recently passed its expiry date at the time of discovery. However, my concern was never about the product's effectiveness or age, it was about finding what appeared to be a foreign object within the container and the lack of willingness to properly investigate the matter. I wasn't looking for a lawsuit or a major payout. I simply expected an apology, a genuine review of the evidence, and reassurance that the issue would be investigated by the quality assurance team. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on the way this complaint was handled, I have lost confidence in both the brand and its customer service.

After seeing so many bad reviews I wanted to shed some light as a long term customer. I have been shopping with EHP Labs for 8 years now, and they are personally my favorite supplement brand. I recommend them to everyone. I have tried a wide variety of products. I personally shop through the app, and I have ALWAYS received my packages within a week of ordering. I have never had delays or issues with the product. I have tried their oxyshred, which is great and works well. I have recently switch to their non-stim because of medication, but the vitamins and other supplements are good for me. The flavors of everything are also amazing, definitely on the sweeter side but everything is the best I have tasted when it comes to supplements. The Acetyl-L-Carnitine is a staple for me as it actually helps with ADD/ADHD symptoms which I struggle with. It's unflavored so I put it in water and it helps me stay focused throughout the day. Lastly, their oxywhey. I love their protein powders, best drank cold but they are so delicious I could drink them anytime and they don't upset my stomach at all. I wish their prices were cheaper, but for what it's worth the products are just amazing. If you want them cheaper they do participate in Amazon sales when they happen so keep an eye out. Many reviews dog on the website, and customer service. I have never needed to interact with customer service, so I can't speak much on that. I switched to the app the last few years instead of the website because an app is easier to stay logged into.
