Abysmal. Impossible to communicate with.
Abysmal. Does not deserve 1 star. Unresponsive to emails and calls despite numerous attempts to get a response. Applied for tourist visa by post 3 months in advance. No updates received despite contacting frequently for updates. Calls never get answered 7 hours in queue. Gave up with electronic and telephone communication nearer to departure date and booked a f2f appointment to be refused acces in person to appointment. Staff dismissive, rude and discriminative and even called the police despite no crime taking place. Tourist visa not obtained. Travel missed.
