I say zero stars as much the same as others on here I stupidly bought a number of "large mugs" that turned out to be tiny cups that were a fake copy of the ones they actually advertised. Ordered before December received February!!!! Should have known ...so annoyed. Do not purchase from this scamming company. Find the real artist that makes the mugs. Customer service is appauling ...no way to return so the "cups the size of a small child's you" are going in the bin. Scam scam scam ...stay well away from these robbers

Don't order from this company. Ordered a mug over a month ago. I have emailed them numerous times and am getting the run around" stating on vacation" and "updates" that show at the same spot for weeks! A total scam. I asked for a refund numerous times and am told it's already shipped. I call SCAM! This doesn't even deserve a one star. Don't order from them!

If I could give zero stars I would. They sent me a cup that was not what I ordered, and when I contacted the company they tried to bullshit me and offered me "3 us dollars"

My experience is very similar to someone else who wrote a 1 star review. I ordered a mug with a funny quote at the bottom. The tracking info took forever. It originated in China, got to the US, the updates stopped and it finally arrived. It’s a much smaller “mug” than in the photo, and only the first word of four was actually printed at the bottom. When I wrote customer service with a photo of the incorrect phrase on it, I got a reply saying they were all on vacation and would be slow to respond. This morning I get an email saying the mug is what I ordered so they won’t take it back but I can gift it to friends. Unbelievable. Don’t shop from this site.

We ordered two mugs with naughty sayings on the bottom. One of them was supposed to say Shut your W**** Mouth. When the mug arrived, all it says is Shut. That's it.. just one word. Totally unacceptable. I sent an email asking if I could return it for a refund, but I do not expect a reply.

Fake DO NOT ORDER. sent false shipping information and never sent item AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 2 mugs. First, got a scam tracking site. Waited for a month. The shipment started in Australia , but I stopped receiving updates once it reached the US. I reached out to the company and they responded the next day stating that they see updates stopped, so they would send me a new parcel. I thanked them and asked for a new tracking number. They responded with a new tracking number and told me that they were going on vacation for 7 days and multiple emails might slow the progress….weird. The new shipment started in China 1/22/25. Hmmm. I finally googled the reviews and decided that it was for sure a scam! Today 2/5/25 I actually received the mugs! I was shocked! They are definitely NOT the homemade from a small business in the UK mugs that I ordered. They are pretty small and the font on the inside is different, so definitely still recommend you AVOID.

Absolute rip off merchants. Item is a poor quality copy of the images online. Customer service is shocking and I am quite sure the item was only shipped when I used dispute resolution via PayPal. Avoid like the plague
