I ordered an awning from Carefree of Colorado. It shipped from Illinois -- less than 200 miles away -- via Estes Forwarding. It was impossible to obtain any status from Carefree or Estes. Utterly impossible. The awning NEVER ARRIVED. No explanation from Estes -- nothing. Walmart canceled and reentered the order. How bizarre ! I spoke with an Estes dispatcher in Paducah on one occasion when the second awning was allegedly en route and he told me it was forwarded from there -- Paducah. It never arrived. Bizarre -- that is the only way to put this. NOW GET THIS: Paducah is 42 miles from me and Estes Forwarding could not even manage to deliver something a 45-minute drive away. I call that a failure on the most basic level for a shipping company.

requested to pick up around 12-4pm and they didn’t even come until 6pm. big mattress blocking driveway and make everyone made in my home because that mattress take space. what you expected working with the ind*an company. they just hung up the phone and told me will give me updated. actually nothing any update i received.

Lovesac used this company to pick up a recliner, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Someone from the company called at 8:00 a.m. and said they would arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived. Instead, they showed up at 6:30 p.m. unexpectedly, knocking on my door without ever making the promised call. To make matters worse, they left my gate wide open when they left. As a result, my dog got out and ran into the street. Thankfully, nothing happened, but it could have ended very differently. A car also could have hit and damaged the gate. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I will be sharing this experience with Lovesac so they are aware of how their customers are being treated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Theyve had my package in Wichita since Tuesday and its going to be friday in 11 mins and still haven't delivered it. They scheduled the delivery for Thursday and didnt bother to deliver and didnt think it would be professional to reach out to me to let me know they weren't going to deliver it. Its suppose to be delivered friday morning first thing now but im not very confident it'll be delivered. My other experience with them was a boat motor that after 2 weeks of it setting at the wichita hub I finally got them to let me pick it up myself. Definitely a company I cant believe is still in business and why any company uses them as their freight is beyond me.

Ordered a delivery from Utah to Virginia, package shipped cross country pretty quickly to North Carolina, then for whichever reason went backwards to Ohio, several days later it came to Virginia. I got an update to choose my delivery date and I was getting updates it was out for delivery. The time window elapsed and no update afterwards. Called the company and got a robot. Several issues and the main one is the lack of communication and/or giving the wrong information. Also, doesn't make any sense that they would allow me to choose a delivery date and not honor the date I requested. Furthermore, the shipping backwards, further from the delivery location. Even 10% more information would be better than the amount of confusion from this entire order.

I ordered 2 sheds from sams and EFW was the shipping company sams used. Both times they were delivered 7 days late with zero communication from them . Horrible company, stay far away from them.

First of all they lie about they date they are going to deliver the mattress they do not communicate well at all they don't respond to emails the. But the delivery drivers were very nice and completely put the mattress in completely

Tracking status is meaningless. Website is inscrutable. Customer service is useless. They didn't follow through on a single commitment they made to me. Not one. It took nearly 2 months to ship a(n undamaged) television across the same state, and that was only after the SELLER escalated the matter to avoid having to issue a refund. So help me God, I will never patronize another business that ships with Estes.
