This product is not what is described

This product is not what is described. I ordered a large and it’s very very small and it does not move, the ball is too small and it is down too far and it sounds like a cowbell. I wanted a peaceful frequency sound and we had 25 mile an hour winds yesterday and it did not move. We just recently had 70 mile an hour winds and it still didn’t move or chime. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Very very disappointed. I just received an email from trustpilot stating they are not going to put my review up, so I’m gonna put it on yelp!! Yelp doesn’t pay people to take down true and authentic reviews. I contacted the seller and they offered me three dollars and I told them, I want to send it back if they would send me a paid return label and they said they couldn’t because it was going back to China and then they offer me six dollars not a refund or a replacement. If trust pilot wants to take down my review then do it, because my review is gonna go everywhere then!! It say’s it’s made in USA, but the tracking said it came from Ireland which I didn’t understand and when I got here it had a New Jersey address on it, but I have to send it back to China!! Make it make sense…
