I had questions about the delivery of meds. I didn’t realize they were sent separately and one came within a few days and upon connecting with Maria I learned the other was still sitting at the pharmacy for ivermectin a week. Maria checked daily and continued to contact the pharmacy about shipping. She emailed me immediately letting me know when it shipped. Excellent follow up through and through. Very refreshing to finally not be frustrated to contact a representative! Thanks Maria!
