They mixed my dose you dont mix b12 and semi together you can't tell how much is each dose it didn't work the dose was real low and I told them to cancel and they took more money out

Your customer service sucks. Let me expand upon this. Three days later, after I complain that they notified me that I could adjust or delay shipment AFTER they had shipped already - when my medicine arrives they only ship one vial but charge me for three. Maybe I should change the title of this review to customer service sucks, when I complain they charge me $750 for $250 of medicine.

Very deceptive. Answered questions honestly and was denied and then a rep said I may be eligible for micro dosing. If anything my answer to the question would have been in support of my use for a med management drug. They already had taken out the money from my bank account despite the provider not reviewing. Was all AI. They won’t say why I was denied.

If I could give a negative rating I would. This was my first time ordering from them. My order was delayed and rerouted and came days late. Contacted customer service and it took several more days of complaining for them to send out a new one. The second one again was supposed to be a two day shipment and that was delayed again for 5 more days! Now I have missed two weeks of my medication. Customer support would not refund me and assured me that the injectable was most likely ok to use even though they have no idea how this was stored after 4 -5 days going back and forth being delayed and shipped. As a compounded injectable that requires refrigeration for stability, it concerns me that a company would recommend I inject a possible tainted and unstable injectable especially when the storage temps are unknown after the ice packs are of no use any longer due to days of delay! Very disappointing that they don’t care about potential adverse reactions, stability, integrity, or the patients health. Even more disappointing that they would not refund me for a product I can not use. Think twice before ordering from here! I had to get it again from my previous provider and it still came faster! Don’t be scammed!

Could not get assistance with refill. When finally approved, they sent 1 vile and charged 1,350 for this, which is more than I previously paid for 3 month supply. They did send 2 additional viles, but then left dosage same as initial one which is incorrect dosing and less of the medication. It has me alternating dose every 2 weeks.

This company started off fine, but everything went downhill fast. About six months after I began receiving my medication, shipments became completely unreliable — arriving late, at random times, or not at all. The prices are outrageous for what you actually get, and the medication quality has noticeably declined. It no longer feels effective, which is concerning. To make things worse, they misrepresented the amount of medication I was receiving, forcing me to dispute charges through my credit card company — and I won the case. That says everything you need to know about their integrity. Save yourself the frustration and money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The service is inconsistent, overpriced, and untrustworthy.

Refill, I get an email and told my refill will be shipped out soon, one week later I contact the company, last month they sent a pic of it being delivered, not my house. Then they say oh no that wasn't your shipment, this month they said ready to ship, one week later hasn't left yet. I'll give them a few more trys.
