I don't know when or who placed my shipments on auto ship, so now I'm getting 3 more vials way too early. However, customer service has fix the auto ship issue and I can place an order when needed.

Reg and your company kept me apprised in all the steps that I needed to complete. There were plenty of resources for me to continue to learn about the GLP-1, as well as remain compliant.

Receive shipments in a timely fashion

My experience with effecty has been great overall! I took off one star due to a lack of communication and answers when I was sent incorrect instructions that did not match up with the medicine I received, that was also not correct based on what I was supposed to receive. I missed a whole week of dosage because no one would answer my messages. Other than that, the product itself has been amazing.

UPDATE: Yo tengo mi medicina! I'm sorry if that's horrible spanish. After posting a one star review, Sam Karl, who identified themselves as the co-founder, reached out offering a $50 refund and expedited delivery (not sure if it's another person emailing on his behalf...but I'll play along. I like a good story.) I did receive my medication two days later and am willing to look past the previous delayed delivery if future deliveries prove consistent. Also, just in case Sam is indeed who they say they are, I'd like to say that in general these medications are over priced. I haven't done too much digging, but I'm sure if I did I'd discover you create these compounds at pennies on the dollar. As an aging human being whose been at odds with my body for most of my 49 years and in this big body served 22 years as a health care provider paying this much for this medication feels exploitive. A business that earnestly involved itself in making these compounds more accessible as well as accompanying quality care might become very popular with folk like me. I'll step off my soap box now. I've ordered from Effecty in the past and had no reason to think that it'd be a problem this time. Welp, my first clue should have been the number of recent 1-2 star reviews noting issues with shipping. Then, I noted the pharmacy they're shipping from is in Texas. Maybe the recent floods are the reason, but i ordered 3 weeks ago and it's stll sitting on shipment pending. I'm canceling my order if it doesn't ship tomorrow though.

I love the products and the customer service, but shipping takes longer than expected. According to the policy, it states 3-5 days, but I want my items delivered within 3 days.
