They where every helpful any question I ask they answered without a problem gave me a price off of the cost of normal import plays yea I had to fill some stuff out but other importers ask you to fill in the same information and send them over the same amount of paperwork so I might as well get a discount which I did through these easy import I plan to only use them in the future

I am a first timer importing some critical stuff to our livelihood, and I am so fortunate to have chosen EezyImport to take care of it. Even before my registration of my account, they answered my 20+ questions, I mean each one of them, and I was able to understand their responses, really well even though I was a novice in this area. And on few occassions, they even answered my emergency queries over the weekend non working hours. Another good thing about them is not just email/online response was a quick turnaround, but they were even readily accessible through phone calls to address any quick clarifications. I just cannot believe, there is such an entity functioning with such high ethics and customer focussed. And their pricing is amazingly affordable, as I did googled and called the other vendors, but their pricing were almost 1.5 times to twice more. I could't ask for more and I pat myself for having chosen EezyImport! Thanks again! Oh Ya, I almost forgot to mention their Website. It was such an easy tool to use, and understand, the look & feel, as well as the flow and continuity of filing my first custom forms was a Breeze. On top of that, when I had to resend/resubmit the Form, it was a simple edit and resubmit multiple times.

I have imported before but always DDP (door to door) This was my first time to do CIF. Although I did make mistakes, eezyimport made the process easy to complete and saved me from a lot of extra expense. I will be using eesyimport in the future. As to my mistake, my supplier's freight forwarder filed the ISF form for me without me knowing and cost me several hundred dollars more than if I had done it thru eesyimport. I will talk with a rep at eesyimport to see how I can avoid this happening in the future.
