I am not sure how to get a item I purchased on Alibaba imported from China, The company representative in China that we purchased it from was less than honest in explaining the legal hoops that are required with minimal guidance until after we paid for the item. However at this point eezyimport has helped greatly in getting the required paper work completed and filed with customs.

I loved brilliant work of customers service, which was polite and patient all the time. Can mention Jegors, Mark, Nina. What I didn’t like is the attitude and manners of brokers who answers you through the chat whenever they want. Brokers did 50% of work max, the rest i did by myself going back and forth through Agencies and updating brokers what’s going on. Until i show up in front of Agency’s officers the process didn’t go forward. Overall customer service made it and understood right my concerns.
