I have used EI for several shipments now and their system has been efficient, cost effective, with outstanding support. I certainly invest a little more time shipping goods using EI but I know far more about what is going on, feel I am part of the process, and am saving over 40% on every shipment.

This company has gone above and beyond to not only get everything done in an ULTRA fast manner, but they also took the time to educate me on the whole process, they exercised great patience in showing how and where I made mistakes, helped me correct them and get through the whole process from beginning to end. I recommend this company to ALL my friends and pretty much anyone that will listen to me about this company. This is the ONLY company I use for my imports! I am a customer for life!

One word (well, two words): customer service. And in this particular case, customer service has a name: Jegors (that's one word!) It does not matter though who you deal with, eezyimport's staff is quick, friendly, supremely competent, and determined to solve any problem you might have. Outstanding.
