Fraudulent company. The took money out of my account and claimed that the transaction was not authorized whilst it was, then asked for me to try another card. ROGUES!!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Response from Educly AI AppOct 13, 2026
Hello, We understand your frustration, but we believe it's important to distinguish between an unsuccessful payment attempt and an actual charge. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that your payment was declined. No successful transaction was processed, and Educly did not receive any money from your account. Our suggestion to try another card was simply an attempt to help you complete your purchase. It is a standard recommendation when a payment is declined, not evidence of fraudulent activity. While we respect everyone's right to share their experience, publicly accusing a company of fraud without first verifying whether a payment was actually completed is a rather serious conclusion to draw from a declined transaction. We would kindly recommend checking with your bank to understand the difference between a temporary authorization hold and a completed payment. Of course, if you have evidence of a completed charge, our support team at [email protected] will be happy to investigate it. We're always willing to resolve genuine payment concerns, but accurate information and a little cooperation are essential. Kind regards, Educly Team
