Would not refund an unintentional renewal even after explaining to them I have been hospitalized and recovering from an illness. I have never been treated so bad from costumer service.

Excellent support team. Educative demonstrates genuine care for its users by offering flexible solutions. They efficiently resolved an issue I encountered, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.

While the material isn't better than youtube, their subscription renewal is a scam. Never opted for renewal, still got charged without any notice, and customer service does not want to refund despite the fact I've never logged in the website for a year. I'm actually setting a lawyer on this, avoid at all cost, you've been warned.

I love reading instead of watching so this was great for me. On the first course I was hooked from the beginning and then got the student membership and 'learn to code' membership. Learning Python Range() function rn. Few grammatical errors but apart from that all good!

I just started Educative's Learn To Code course, and I'm really liking it. I like how they eased me into coding with a few puzzles and logic challenges. As someone who has always been intimidated by learning how to code, I appreciated this approach. Now I'm 4 lessons deep and am hooked and excited to learn more. I really like practicing writing real code; it's so cool! So, yeah, so far, so good!

I thought the overview over the organization will reflect in the service they offer but no. Educative is a good platform for learning, as they structure their tutorials or courses nicely. But their mode of delivery is not good personally. courses there are too much of theory till the end. I would suggest they should realize that learners no more want theory, they want to learn with practical on the go. So, they practice what they are learning. Just us recruiters are not interested in your certificate but are interested in what you can do to help the organization.

I paid for a year of this product. After the year ended, I went onto the website to ensure that my subscription was cancelled. On the transactions page, it shows my invoice for the SINGLE purchase of a year's subscription. Little do I know, they have been charging me the monthly rate ever since that year expired. I go back to the transactions page after seeing my credit card being charged every month, and there is NOTHING showing I'm still subscribed, and NO way to cancel!! Not only this, but there is NO phone number to call. WHAT A SHAMEFUL BUSINESS.

I have subscribed for year on 12/7/2022 with automatic renewal. On Dec7, 2023 I have cancelled my subscription. On Dec20,2023 I have noticed that educative still charged me $199 for next year. I have decided completely removed my account from them and dispute this charge with the bank. From December 20,2023 till now I am fighting with them to return my money back. They constantly are giving me wrong information and told me that they cannot do refund and need talk to bank. Bank told me that Educative should contact them. For now I was charged yearly fee do not have access to any of their contents and cannot get refund. They fraudulent and incompetent. Use leetcode for learning.
