Order #84176 I realized that the e-book for download sent to me was missing Chapter 10 when I tried to read it before my next class. I reached out on 5/5/22 regarding the missing chapter. I was told they are going to check on this. It's been 5 days since they said they will check. No response. I told them that my finals is next week so this is urgent. Please send if you have it or if you don't have it, refund me so I can purchase it elsewhere!! UPDATE RESOLUTION: Great customer service!! They reached out to me and offer me another e-book or refund. I went with refund (currently waiting for it to be processed) since I do not need another e-book at the moment but I will definitely re-order from them in the future if I need another e-book.
