Usually it's 5 star but this time was clunky. Had to call in three times because doctor asked questions then didn't have chart and told me I have to call back and tell CS, then the second CS was adding items to my order that I didn't want. Then I didn't receive any confirmation and when logged in it still shows an additional charge so had to call in again. Hopefully this is just a "one off" every other time things have gone smoothly and I have been very happy with the service. I only wrote this because was prompted for the input so I gave it.
